What can I say. I love Gum Trees! There are so many species of Gums as well. Including Snow Gums, White Barked Gums (not official name) Eucalyptus is a gum also. Gum trees to Australia is what Maple Trees are to Canada. They seem so familiar to me. Their twisting, gnarled limbs on old ones. I just love them and believe it or not I miss them. But the memory can never be taken away :) The last photo here is my very favorite pic of a gum tree. It looks ancient. If in fact it is a Gum. It could very well be something else.
