I think River the Koala was my special treat for being brave enough to hold that snake! After the snake and the wombats the keeper went and got River out for a close up visit! He was so sweet, and to be that close to a Koala was something I never dreamed of. One thing about Koalas though. They smell :) And did you see the claws on that guy? It was amazing to be sooooo close to this beautiful animal. A real treat!
