After leaving the highway and finding our way through town, to the Thredbo River, wow. As I walked along the banks getting as close as I could which was waters edge :) It was so silent. So peaceful. So serene! When I turned around and looked up, there was a house up on the hill. This would be a lovely place for a house! But see that tall scrub? In summer, that would likely be full of brown snakes :( Australia's most poisonous snake. You have to be careful where you walk around there. Eyes down! Ok, our next adventure will be Sydney tomorrow.
