I loved the Melbourne Zoo. It was a beautiful day, and my last day in Melbourne. We walked along lovely peaceful dirt paths to view many of the animals. When I saw the Koala I thought wow, this is likely the closest I would ever get to one. Little did I know the following week I would be cheek to cheek with River :) After a few hours at the zoo it was off to the airport and back to Canberra and another busy night.
