1. Do not blame outside circumstances for the way you feel; look within and ask yourself what pattern or belief you are being shown.
2. Every human being, whether they are conscious of it or not illustrates with their lives how he/she thinks a human being is supposed to live.
3. Seeing the sequence of interests, important friends, coincidences that have occurred in your life – where were they leading you?
4. All of your achievements, interest, frustrations, and stages of growth were preparing you to be here, now.
5. We believe that we must get attention, love, recognition, support, and approval – all forms of energy – from others.
6. Life is a journey, not an end result, and it's important to accept ourselves and others the way we are. We might not like others or approve of their behavior, but life is about experience and bringing ourselves into loving unity. Blaming, judging, and comparing ourselves to others progress, or stage of enlightenment is not helpful. Remember to bring your self into peaceful oneness.
7. When you feel angry, self-righteous, shut down, depressed, or isolated, you have allowed yourself to look for solutions and energy in old ways.
8. The challenge is to find the silver lining in every moment, no matter how negative.
