1. Give love and unconditional acceptance to those you encounter, and notice what happens.
2. Guilt is an irresponsible choice. As long as you feel guilty about whatever you have done, then you don't have to do anything to correct it.
3. We are all at once teachers and learners in every encounter of our lives.
4. What is over is over. You did what you knew how to do. It wasn't right or wrong or good or bad. It just was. But all you have is today – you can't have it back.
5. No one can get behind your eyeballs and experience life the way you do.
6. The moments between events are just as valuable as the events themselves.
7. The more space you allow and encourage within a relationship the more the relationship will flourish.
8. When you have the choice between being right and being kind, just choose kind.
9. Being self-actualized means being able to welcome the unknown.
