1. Show others that verbal assaults are meaningless. Do not give others your energy by arguing against them. Simply pass when others attempt to have you choose guilt.
2. Accept that you are enough.
3. You do not need to prove yourself.
4. My judgments prevent me from seeing the good that lies beyond appearances.
5. Your emotions are physiological reactions to your thoughts. Your emotions do not just happen to you; they are choices that you make.
6. If your body is racked with toxic emotional responses such as guilt, anger, worry, fear, shyness or anxiety, you must examine the thinking process that supports those feelings.
7. The word “prejudice” means to prejudge. We engage in toxic thinking whenever we allow ourselves to be in a judgmental mode. And when we judge in advance, our thoughts are even more toxic.
8. Expressions of disgust or rudeness toward others are based on ego.
9. I realize that I am always free to let go and observe my life.
